Fruit Juice Good for Hair Loss

While reading a book at the dining table, I ran my fingers through my hair and a clump of hair came out.

In a moment of panic, I kept brushing my hair. The same amount of hair kept falling out...

 

'I thought the amount of hair that falls out should decrease as more comes out,'

 

I thought, but the situation remained the same.

Despite this, I decided to check until the end and looked at the hair caught on my fingers, but it seemed like it wasn't reducing.

 

As I was looking at my falling hair and browsing on my phone, I came across a picture of an avocado. More precisely, it was an avocado fruit growing kit. It was a seed that had been castrated and could not be fertilized, but people were enthusiastically growing avocados. It was a fruit I had bought once about ten years ago and decided never to eat again, but seeing the photos of avocados sprouting roots and shoots made me want to grow them too. So, I bought avocados, bananas, and oranges.

 

I bought bananas to grind them with avocados and milk, and I wanted to eat tangerines, but oranges were not in season, so I bought them as a substitute. Then, I added avocado 1, banana 1, orange 1, and milk in moderation and started drinking them on an empty stomach in the morning.

After exactly two weeks, I brushed my hair and noticed that the amount of hair loss had reduced to one-third.

So, thinking

 

'Could this be because of the juice I drank?'

 

I stopped drinking avocados, bananas, oranges, and milk and tried variously by changing fruits such as oranges, tomatoes, apples, bananas, milk or carrots, tomatoes, apples, and bananas. The common factor was the absence of avocados...

Within less than a week, my hair started falling out in clumps again.

 

As I sometimes bought under-ripened or overripe avocados, I temporarily stopped and have recently started taking it again. It's been almost two weeks now. From yesterday, the amount of hair loss has noticeably decreased. I don't know if it's because it suits my constitution, but I think if it works for me, it might work for someone else too.

 

And I searched what nutrients in avocado, banana, orange, and milk could help the scalp and hair.

These nutrients can give hair a shine and reduce damage.

Recently, I've been blending tangerines instead of oranges in winter.

I don't know if this is due to the nutrients or some effect between the fruits, but this is a healthy juice that helps with hair loss for me.
